A globally known expert on energy policy, who has helped to develop the ecological grouping in Germany since the 1970s and he co-authored the EEG, as a Member of the German Bundestag for the Green Party. He is President of the Energy Watch Group, an global network which analyses global energy evolutions, commissions seperate research on energy and provides advice for politics around the world.
