Mark has spent the last 6 years in Customer Success helping his partners leverage software and automation technologies to drive operational efficiencies and reduce overhead costs. Previously in the financial services space, Mark was drawn to Aurora a little over a year ago by their mission to democratize energy systems and create a solar future for all, a mission that Mark believes passionately about.
Prior to his work in Customer Success, Mark spent some time doing financial analysis for a manufacturing firm in Stuttgart, Germany, where he gained a knowledge and respect for German culture and values. Mark believes that the German emphasis for precision, attention to detail, and self-reliance fit firmly with Aurora’s strengths as the most accurate and precise solar design software on the market.
