The current rapid development in the E-Mobility field highlights the need for a better renewable (through solar and wind) power production in the electrical system as well as an integration of the required electric vehicle charging infrastructure with the expansion of the distribution and transmission system.
With 150+ speakers in 30+ sessions, the attendes of the Renewable Energy Grid Integration Week in Copenhagen got several insights into the VREgrid integration, from hybrid power plants to power system studies.
On September 25, the E-Mobility Integration Symposium took place during the Renewable Energy Grid Integration Week. This session focused on smart charging, project experiences, ancillary services, and distribution grid issues. This session offered a prime opportunity to discuss the significant future impact of E-Mobility on power system design and operation. It aimed to bring together experts on electric vehicles, charging infrastructure, power system operators, and stakeholders of the renewable energy industry as well as power system regulators and universities.
